A Landmark Affordable Housing Project Ahead of Schedule
We are thrilled to share that Soroptimist House is nearing completion and occupancy ahead of schedule in partnership with Ledcor and GBL architects for our client Soroptimist International of Vancouver. This landmark, women-led housing for women development demonstrates what is possible when vision, strong partnerships, excellence in project delivery and innovative financing come together.
We recently visited the site with our clients from the Anglican Diocese, who we are supporting through a strategic, portfolio-based approach to redeveloping their real estate assets enabling them to rebuild worship and community space while delivering much-needed affordable housing at scale.
Our deep experience working with faith-based organizations catalyzes their ministry visions, unlocks underutilized land, and delivers mixed-use, mixed-income housing in the communities they serve. Kyle Foot
As momentum builds across the housing sector, so does our team. We’re excited to welcome Kyle Foot as Senior Development Manager at Purpose Driven Development.
Kyle brings over seven years of experience delivering complex residential and mixed-use communities across Metro Vancouver, advancing more than 1,700 homes from design through construction and occupancy. His background includes multiple all-electric, high-performance projects built to leading provincial energy standards, and his experience in technology, transportation, and digital media gives him a uniquely solutions-oriented, client-focused approach.
With a passion for building communities that deliver long-term impact for people, the planet, and place, Kyle strengthens our ability to move projects faster, reduce risk, and achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.
