As our portfolio and team continue to grow, we are seeking a Development & Operations Coordinator who can support all functions of our team including project delivery, business development, and our day-to-day office functions. This role will play a central role in keeping our internal operations, administration, and leadership coordination running smoothly.
The Development & Operations Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented role that blends project coordination with company-wide administrative and operational support. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being the engine behind the scenes managing details, executing documents efficiently, coordinating multiple calendars, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving environment while contributing meaningfully to active projects and business development efforts.
You will work closely with all departments including the Executive Leadership team, providing reliable administrative support that enables the team to focus on high-impact work.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operations support role.
Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and record-keeping skills.
Enjoys coordinating, organizing, and executing work quickly and accurately, and takes pride in being dependable, responsive, and detail driven.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort supporting senior leadership and working across multiple projects and workstreams
Familiarity with real estate development and construction processes is an asset, but not required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat and InDesign are assets
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative team mindset
