Development of a draft Tenant Relocation Plan for rezoning submission.
Creation and submission of Final Tenant Relocation Plan for Development Permit.
Proactive management of the relationship with municipality to ensure Tenant Relocation Policy requirements are met.
Development and submission of Final Tenant Relocation Report for Building Permit.
